Here’s what you receive when you choose The Harding Allen Estate:

  1. Use of the Estate for five hours

    Many facilities only give you only four hours for your wedding. At The Harding Allen Estate, we give you five, starting with your ceremony (or your cocktail hour, if you’re getting married elsewhere) and ending with your last dance.

  2. Our Wedding Coordinator to help you plan your ceremony and reception

  3. Use of one of the bedrooms for an hour before the wedding for dressing and preparation of the bride and bridal party, even when not staying overnight

  4. Parking attendant and front-door greeter during your guests’ arrival

  5. A player baby grand piano to entertain your guests throughout your reception

  6. Silk floral decorations for foyer and grand staircase

  7. Decorated reception table for seating cards, guestbook, card basket, etc.

  8. Bar set-up & water station in mansion

  9. Use of the Estate’s Greek-style pergola for your ceremony, including set-up and coordination

  10. Use of the Estate’s gardens and grounds for formal photographs

  11. Private cocktail & hors d’oeuvres table for you and your bridal party during photo hour

  12. Use of the Fountain View Room for your reception

    The Fountain View Room is a grand and spacious four-season pavilion, directly attached to the mansion, that can comfortably accommodate up to 275 guests for a sit-down dinner. When the weather is fair, the sides can be opened to overlook the lily pond and walled gardens. Inside, the pavilion is given an elegant feel by crystal chandeliers and our fabric drapery ceiling liner.

  13. Tables and chairs for up to 275 guests

    Our banquet tables accommodate up to 10 guests. To calculate your number of tables, we divide your guest count by 10, and then add 2 more. Additional tables can be added for $75 each.

  14. Dishes, glasses and silverware for up to 275 guests

  15. White linens and napkins (colored or custom linens can be ordered at an additional cost)

  16. An 18’ x 18’ dance floor

  17. If all the mansion bedrooms are booked, use of the Estate’s common areas for an intimate party for up to 25 people after the reception, with food and beverages at additional cost if needed

  18. Continental breakfast for any overnight guests
