Use of the Fountain View Room
for your reception
The Fountain View Room is a
grand and spacious pavilion that can comfortably
accommodate up to 275 guests for a sit-down
dinner. It is completely
weather-proof and climate-controlled, with both
heating and air conditioning. When
the weather is fair, the doors can be opened to
overlook the lily pond and walled gardens.
Inside, the pavilion is given an elegant feel by
crystal chandeliers and our fabric drapery
ceiling liner.
Tables and Chiavari chairs
Our banquet tables accommodate up to 10 guests.
To calculate your number of tables, we divide
your guest count by 10, and then add 2 more.
Additional tables can be added for $75 each.
Dishes, glasses and silverware
White linens and napkins (colored
or custom linens can be ordered at an additional
cost)
An 18’ x 18’ dance
floor
When the mansion bedrooms are
booked, overnight guests can use the Estate's
common areas after the reception, with food and
beverages at additional cost
