Wedding Package Menus

NOTE: To receive the set package prices, you must choose a vegetarian dish as one of your three entrées.
If you want all 3 of your entrées to include poultry, seafood or meat, there is an extra charge of $3 per person.
If you have a buffet, the vegetarian dish will be made available only to vegetarians, not to all guests.
We will need to get a count of your vegetarian guests before your wedding.

PETITE PETUNIA PACKAGE
A complete package, from champagne to cake

The Petunia Package is available only during the following time slot:
Saturdays, from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

The Petunia Package includes:

• Chef's Three-Star Hors D'oeuvres Package, butlered & stationed prior to dinner

• A champagne toast for all your guests

• Family-style Estate garden salad with warm rolls and butter

• Entrée selections from the menu below

• Wedding cake buffeted for all your guests, using our faux cake for display(a Viennese dessert table with chocolate covered strawberries and vanilla ice cream may be added for $5 per person, plus fee and tax)

CHEF'S THREE-STAR HORS D'OEUVRES PACKAGE
Items may change per chef's discretion

MAGNOLIA PACKAGE

The Magnolia Package is available on Fridays, Sundays, and Saturday afternoons.
It is not available on Saturday evenings.

The Magnolia Package includes:

• Family-style Estate garden salad with warm rolls and butter

• Entrée selections from the menu below

ROSE PACKAGE

The Rose Package is available in any time slot.

The Rose Package includes:

• Chef's Five-Star Hors D'oeuvres Package, butlered & stationed prior to dinner

• Family-style Estate garden salad with warm rolls and butter

• Entrée selections from the menu below

ENTRÉES
served with your choice of vegetable and starch (rice or potato) for sides

The Rose Package can be served as a buffet for an additional $3 per person.

LILAC PACKAGE

The Lilac Package is available in any time slot.

The Lilac Package includes:

• Chef's Five-Star Hors D'oeuvres Package, butlered & stationed prior to dinner

• Family-style Estate garden salad with warm rolls and butter

• Entrée selections from the menu below

^** Note: lobster is based on market price, for both the Lazy Lobster Casserole
and the lobster option for the Surf & Turf. Prices are available on request.

The Lilac Package can be served as a buffet for an additional $3 per person.

These are the only major items that aren’t included in the ‘Elegance & Ease’ package prices.

Alcohol

We give you a lot of flexibility on alcohol. On the tables, you can choose to have bottles of wine, or champagne for a toast. As for your bar, it can be open, cash, or a combination of the two. You can set limits on the open bar, such as a time limit, a dollar limit, or a limit on the type of alcohol (for instance, open for beer and wine but cash for mixed drinks). Many facilities charge a flat fee per person for their open bars, but we charge you only for what your guests consume, which we’ve always found to be to our brides and grooms’ advantage.

Accommodations

If you hold an evening function with us, the bedrooms are available to you, but you are not obligated to take them. We have six bedrooms in the mansion, all of them double occupancy. (See the Accommodations page for details.)

Taken together, all six rooms cost a total of $900 per night, plus tax. (All room prices are subject to MA state occupancy tax, currently 5.7%.)

If you need additional rooms, there are a number of bed & breakfasts in and around town, and we would be happy to advise you.

The bedrooms are not available for Saturday afternoon weddings.

a cake cutting fee of $2.50 per person does apply.
